Jacksonville State University does not tolerate discrimination on the basis of sex/gender in education programs and activities. As a recipient of Federal financial assistance for education activities, JSU is required by Title IX to ensure that all of its education programs and activities do not discriminate in such a manner. Sexual misconduct, which includes acts of sexual violence and sexual harassment, is prohibited by Title IX. Additionally, the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and other applicable laws, prohibit discrimination in schools based on race, ethnicity, national origin, gender, disability, or marital status. Furthermore, this commitment is reaffirmed in JSU’s Title IX Policy, which is applicable to all faculty, staff, students, visitors, applicants, and contractors.

天天色综合,天天干影视The JSU Title IX Coordinator oversees the development of sexual misconduct policies, ensures compliance with Title IX and relevant federal and state regulations, and investigates Title IX complaints alleging student sexual misconduct. The Title IX Coordinator manages inquiries of sexual misconduct by employees, students and third parties. Questions regarding Title IX, as well as concerns about and complaints of non-compliance (including those of sexual harassment, sexual assault, sexual violence, or other sexual misconduct), should be directed to the Title IX Coordinator.
